I was having a normal day on the internet. Untill I decided to check out a trending story on social media, “Asa Akira Fucks Her Own Sex Doll”. I couldn’t believe what I was reading, could this actually be true? Asa Akira is such a renowned adult star, vibrators yet here she was in the headlines for having a tryst with a sex toys toy.
My first reaction was disbelief, did she really do that? But I was so curious that I just had to find out more. After doing some research, I found out it was true. Asa had recently purchased a full-size sex doll, and she decided to record a video of herself “pleasuring” the doll. It soon became a viral sensation!
I was so intrigued, but also a little repulsed. I mean, I understand the curiosity around experimenting with different forms of sex, but this was too far. Asa is such an icon in the adult industry, but this move was questionable to say the least. Was she pushing the boundaries?
I decided to talk to some of my friends about it. Everyone had different opinions. Some were sympathetic, saying that she can do whatever she wants with her own body. Others were more harsh, saying it was an abuse of her fame and status in the industry.
The discussion made me think a little more deeply about the whole concept of a sex doll. In the past, they were primarily seen as a joke and something for desperate guys, but could they really become popular in the wider community?
I started to wonder what kind of rules society would have to create around the use of these dolls. It seems like we’d have to provide guidelines on when it’s okay to have a sexual relationship with them, and when it’s not.
Most of all, I can’t help but think about the implications this has on women. A sex doll doesn’t possess the same needs or desires as a human being, so it will always be impossible to have the same kind of intimacy as with a real person. But the idea of a male having a sexual relationship with a sex doll is still quite controversial.
To me, it seems like something out of a fairytale. A male can have a robot girlfriend, and never has to worry about real-life heartache. It’s an interesting concept, but I’m not sure how I feel about it. Is it really ethical? Are there any long-term effects on men mentally and physically? These are just some of the questions that come to my mind.
At the end of the day, I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see how the world will respond to this new trend. I for one am quite curios about its future!
